What is an Air Dryer?
It is a most advance micro filtering device to give Pure & Dry “Instrument quality air” as per International Quality Standard, ISO: 8573, Class. IV It means air without: Pollutant like, Moisture, Carbon dust, & Oil vapour.
Why Dry Air necessary?
Compressed air is not pure air. It contains pollutants like major part of Moisture due to humidity, dust, burnt hydro carbon particles, oil vapour. It is very essential to purify it for easy functioning of high speed Pneumatic machines which run on compressed air.
Most of the pneumatic system consists of very tiny hole (orifice), which must be protected from clogging. It is must to have pure and dry air to protect precision pneumatic valves, cylinders, connectors etc. from atmospheric pollutants.
How to Protect it? Answer is A-1 Air Dryer…
A1 offers wide range of Refrigerated Air Dryers for separation and purification of compressed air from moisture content. The Pre Filter & Fine Filter fitted before and after Refrigerated air dryer separates dust and oil particles efficiently.
How Air Dryer works? Here, refrigeration circuit with tube in tube heat exchanger design is used to treat the compressed air economically. The hot compressed air is cooled at low temperature of 3 to 6 degree C with refrigeration circuit power and condensed compressed air forms water particles (droplets). Thus Moisture (water vapour) is separated effectively. Auto Drain Valve flushes out Condensed liquid rapidly at preset cycle time and allows pure air to pass through outlet connection.
The air quality after Air dryer will be instrument and pneumatic system quality, which is very safe to use for all air related applications.
